Sugo opened on May 7th, 2026 on Skt. Jakobs Plads, in the space where PS Østerbro used to be. The kitchen is Italian, led by two Italian head chefs, and the menu travels from northern Italian regional dishes to Sicilian classics. The atmosphere is relaxed, and the restaurant is open all day, every day of the week.
Behind every plate of pasta and every glass of wine on the table is a team that works in rhythm. Service, bar and kitchen are tightly connected – and we believe great evenings for guests start with great days for colleagues.
